MicroStartup Update: We Got Incorporated

It has been a while since I published a video or an update about my new project MicroStartup.

We were busy with the incorporation process and I was also travelling. I recently spoke at the TN Digital Summit at Chennai on the topic of Deep Marketing.

The date of incorporation is 23rd of May 2024.

The MCA approved name for the company is: MICROSTARTUP VENTURE STUDIO

We got the PAN number, TAN number and the incorporation certificates from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. PAN is what you use for paying taxes on direct income. TAN is to deduct TDS and deposit it against the PAN of your recipients.

Indirect taxation comes under GST and only application for more than 20 lakhs a year in revenue. As we get closer to 20 lakhs we will apply for GST number.

We are now working on getting the bank accounts opened. After opening the bank accounts, we will apply for a payment gateway account.

From the month of June I should be able to publish monthly income reports. This journey is going to be thrilling.
